What is this tool for?

Another tool found in my weekly perusal of Chinese locksmith tools. Anyone know what this is for? (I can't decipher the bad translation.)

Holy crap, that looks aweome! I don't know what it is for though. The Chinese have come up with some real winners (Tibbe pick, Lishi and Mul T Lock to name a few).

Not sure, either, but it looks like it might be to throw bolts from inside the keyway, possibly on lever locks (?).

Oh, so it is for opening a cat's eye! Always wondered what a veterinarian used when the cat would not open its' eyes. Now we know!

I can't guess,
Do people really buy the tools on this site?
Those latch opener tools are $39.95 elsewhere

It really has the look of an under-door tool but it doesn't look long enough.

Description says to open cylinder knobs without locks.
Still not clear.
Would like to see it in use.(Unless its a medical device for removing prostates.)

Re: What is this tool for?

It's an under the door tool. Yes, it is short. No, it probably won't work on American/European doors. I have my doubts as to whether or not it works on Chinese doors!

Re: What is this tool for?

Looking at this thing, trying to figure out what it is like everyone else, I browsed some other listings. Are many of these cheap tools any good? Some of these things cost less than the material to make them. I am starting to get requests to work on antique locks that need some TLC. Most of them are lever locks but I lack decent tools or skill to tackle them. Are the flag-type picks any good? They are a fraction of the price that I have seen elsewhere. As for that tool, gosh it is just a bunch of words strung together with some of the worst broken English descriptions I have seen. Matches the tool's appearance actually.
