That looked pretty difficult. Are dimple locks harder to pick than pin tumblers in your opinion. This was a garrison Mul-T-Lock though... I'm not up on the mechanism?

i kinda think it all depends on how often you practice...most of the same principles, but
because of the turning (rotary) motion used in lifting,as opposed to reciprocating , (up & down) lifting,as with a hook,it is like comparing apples and oranges...
so..... as for difficulty i would say, yes...dimples are a bit harder to pick than regular pins IMO,
also due to the relative obscurity of them over here..(Canada.)
as for the Garrison Mul-T....they add a 7th pin,and do not have the pin-in-pin system as in the ™Mul-T-Lock interactive...which i am currently working on...( i am SO close to popping it.)
please everyone, i need some good mojo...wish me luck...=)

thanks...i am hanging up on the "interactive" pin again....i think my only resolve will be disassembly...things become easier once you've had eyes-on....
also the false set is near impossible to pick out of. different forces are at work here,
making resetting completely if you slip into false.

it sounds like you are touching the plug pin and moving it without moving the interior pin with it and it false sets, maybe if you focus on moving them together or if you push the interior pin up higher then the plug pin it will help solve your problem.
