A good grinder
I thought this was a good tool for the price and what it has to offer. And plus, Farm and Fleet is almost everywhere! (in the US)

It's variable speed, a wire wheel to get the darn paint off of the picks, and some plastic to keep the metal out of your eyeball! Also has a cup holder, one for your quenching water, and one fer your coke!
