Sanding down some picks...
I've been wanting to sand down the profile of one of my standard southord hooks, but I want to do it right. What is usually the best grit/tool to use when trying to sand down the edges of picks?

I progress to a 500 grit and then 600 grit. I follow up with a buffer wheel and polishing compound. This might not be the best methodology out there, but it seems to work for me
