My homebrew pick complete
Posted: Sun Nov 11, 2012 1:35 pmHi guys here are some pics of my brass handled hook pick, it has inperfections, but so do i !. Its a copy of the jruther design (in that i used starret feeler gauge and JB weld).

not sure, i ordered some brass bar off ebay, the more i polished it, it started to silver up a bit.

Thanks you very much sir! its taken me a longtime to put it all together, i never used the g10 in the end as the width was too thick, i will in the future tho. Thanks for all your tips and advice u gave me a while back.

wooo! nice one for that wiz buddy! i was trying sooo hard to get a genuine JR pick, but there not easy to come by! if u cant beat em join em eh?. (or at least try!)

you bet...( i recall it was damn near a year after i got started before i had even so much as HELD a manufactured pick..)
