the homebrew menagerie of atticRR

im pretty new to this site so i wanted to share my collection of homebrews to date. They are in chronological order from beginning to present. The butter knife hook pick thing i actually started before the two electronic picks- its not done yet(maybe never) so its at the end. The first bogata makes me laugh now, its so small! its opened locks though....

my favorite looking ones are the ones that are shown next. I love the way they look, feel and work. I'll be making more of these guys with some different shapes.

I like the look of the circuit board scales, cool idea. (I'm a wee bit of an electronics geek)

I really like the circuit board design!! Curious as to how you made them.

Re: the homebrew menagerie of atticRR

Thanks you guys.
Jeff, basically I just picked out the best pattern on the boards and rough cut them then carved a channel in one for the pick. Then I epoxied them together and did some final shaping with a file. Cutting this stuff is nasty, it leaves a filthy taste in the back of the throat. Probably I ought to use respiratory gear.

I'll be sure to post the full set of the circuit handles when they're done.

no "probaby" about it,brother...dont' be like me and find out the hard way...get a cheap particulate mask at the VERY least ,until you get your hands on a respirator .
I use a ™NORTH with DEFENDER cartridges .
I only say this stuff because I dont want any of my brethren getting sick,or visiting the hospital...
I want to see you picking and fabricating, till you,(or much sooner,I..) grow old.

Those circuit board handle picks are perhaps the coolest picks I've ever seen.
