Custom Bogota Set

These are some bogota picks that I did recently. I wanted an additional tensioner that was more traditional and a hook in a compact kit. The head on the traditional tensioner is stepped for various key ways and is thus a bit longer. The material is street sweeper bristle (new not used) and they took about three hours to make. The peak to peak measurement on the bogota is 7mm.

Well done! I see you use power tools, maybe a dremel, so the picks are well shaped and sanded. I like them. The only improvement I can suggest for your next set is to straighten the shafts with a flat file before sanding them. It's very difficult to make a straight line with a rotating disk.

Cheers :)

Your right. I cut the shape with a dremel and then sand. I should have hand filed the edge flat before the sanding. Thanks for the suggestion.
