Posted: Sat Mar 12, 2011 10:36 pmDid you notch out that tubular key for the individual picks? I'm having a problem making a pick. I used the deepest depth key to make the initial cuts all the way around but the brass key collapsed when I tried to put a spring collar on it.

Posted: Sat Mar 12, 2011 10:56 pmI did the same thing, I too had a problem, the key is real weak when you grind the grooves in. Might be better to just buy a tubular pick and be done with it. I know it's cooler when you make something yourself, but I didn't have great luck with it.
