My New Pick Handle!!

Ok, decided to make a pick handle that could be used over and over and over. What I did was took a piece of round steel stock and cut a slit down the middle with a hack saw. I put a little curve in it in hopes it would hold the pick in a little better. Then insert your favorite pick into the slot. I then took a small plug follower which fits tight over the steel rod and tap it into place. Done, now when I bend or break the pick just slide the sleeve off, replace the pick and sleeve and do it all over again. Here are some pictures!!! Version 2 will be done in all brass!!!

Thanks! It is comfortable, about like holding a Sharpie Marker. The feedback is great, all metal, no adhesive. It is a little heavy but that is how I like em, I could always cut some off the end if it was to heavy. It even picks high security locks without even thinking about it!!!!!
