Very nice pick shaping. Although I fear your use of aluminum jig saw stock will result in many a bent pick. Good luck with them and since your shaping skills are superb please consider sourcing some carbon or stainless steel stock. That may suit you better.

The aluminum stamp on the blade is not what they are made from but what they are designed to cut.
