Try it out and see if the first pin in the lock rolls smoothly over that first peak of the Bogey. If it hesitates a bit or is a bit sluggish, I'd knock a bit of the angle with a file and see how it works then.

Just a bit - you are almost there.

You know what, think you’re right. It is a touch steep.
Damn, it's going in the bin.
That's my 5th attempt! But as ya said, getting there.

I’ve just found out that the blades I’m using are crap so need a restock in that department.

Think it’s called a L rake in the picture above, well I didn’t make that one, it came outta my southord 6010, without a handle.
The rest are mine, those are real easy to make – starting slowly!

Can anyone here scan me a photo of a bogey with a metric rule next to it for a comparision?
SLIM-LINE UK keyway! Would be much appreciated. As I can’t find one anywhere.
This only serves as a guide and if I made that to scale I’d be in trouble! (Wanker)

Thanx all...

Don't scrap it!

Just massage the tip of it gently  (the pick...the pick..get your mind out of the gutter) with your file and knock some of the steepness off.

Here's a pic of my custom Ratyoke bogota...

Lockpickarmy,

I like that lamination pocket... that's a cool idea! I might have to borrow my friends laminator or pay 'em a visit...

But remember, you can laminate your picks, and you can pick your ass, but don't laminate your ass!

Still not happy with it tho. One side is bigger than the other. Need to start on version 6, me thinks.
Last time I did any kind of metal work tho, was at school about 25 yrs ago, so just a wittle bit rusty - pun intended.

Glad ya said:

Looks about right, how's it work? that's the real measure...

And yeah, I totally dug that quote too. One morning the linux "fortune" app spit that up at me on my signin, and I knew right away that must become my sig. I even have it on my personal email as a sig too (LOL)

Re: Flat Emergency Wallet Set

It sucks!!!

Still needs a bit a work, filing and sanding down
so can't really give ya a straight answer on that one
but the way things are, to be honest, I think the L rake is far better. (Homo)

As suggested, I’m gonna shape the front a bit but still not how I want it to look,
even tho this is my best to date.
