Looks like it would work great ☺

I personally use a piece of corrugated rubber mat glued to a piece of chip board. Lol
Works fine for me. I've got 3 or 4 of them floating around. Never was drawn to having something fancy. But that's just me ☺

I would make the 3 plug holders face the other way and cut a slot through the base so that you can have a plug rested in the divot with the key inserted.
That way, it wouldn't be able to rotate. That's how I made mine. Unfortunately, no pictures and it's pretty beat up too after so many years of use and abuse.

Other than that, looks great!

I bought one of these Sparrow mini mats recently for portability. Works great and is cute as well.

Nice design, are you going to publish the .stl files? I would love to print one (I have 5 or 6 different printed one's)
