New Tention Wrench ideai!

Not my own work but picked it up on the web in a random corner somewhere, wish i kept the link, works really well stops noobs like me over tentioning!

cool, I have seen this posted by a member(here or lp)... i wish i had some springs like that to try this... see if it works.

i got my spring from a document folder, there used to hold the pages in, was pritty lucky it was an exact fit....

A spring handled feather touch tension tool. Nice job! Don't see many of those. I made one of the white crane variety, but never really liked it. I've used a few sucessfully though. My favorite was made from a mouse trap spring and two wiper inserts.

i posted pics of my tools some time ago , i done exactly the same thing, but on some wrenches i have two springs of different elasticity joined together this way you can choose which spring to hold so you can get super light tension, they work very well with the epg.

I made mine from reading this book. It's a good book aint it?!

Just a spring with a bit of metal glued onto it. Quite effective when you only need very little tension.
