I'm Marcel! this is a Panavise 201. It's good for small stuff, small padlocks, holding stuff in place. But to pick stuff, its flimsy.

Idk. I picked using the 201 for many about 6 months and I really liked it. I still carry it in my bag if I am not at home and a chance to pick. It just cant hold stuff as hard but for most locks that is not a problem.
