Re: INGERSOLL 10 LEVER SHROUDED PADLOCK PICS

i have one of these cores.. in a lock for a door... ive gutted it... not picked it, but got close.. i have seen a vid of it picked tho... just the core not the padlock

yeah, i have two... both 10 lever.
one, the laminated "impregnable",and the other the jap army type.
i will reshoot these pics when i am feeling a bit better.
i have seen the six lever one picked, by gradually adding the levers in one at at a time...that + 4 more....quite the feat...if you ask me,
the (relative) tension involved is massive.

I have one (CS700) as well but can't get the damn screws out. And it is probably not a good idea to try to pick it with all 10 levers installed :-|

Re: INGERSOLL 10 LEVER SHROUDED PADLOCK PICS

I recently got one of these, it's 10 lever and the rim cylinder type. Only £3 from someone who claimed to be a locksmith but obviously knows sod all cos it's worth soooo much more than £3!! Pristine condition with 3 keys.

Anyway, they can be picked apparently. I'm getting nowhere with mine but here's some great info on them:

An article in here about disassembly:

And an article in here about picking of them:

Great locks, so damned smooth when u turn the key, it's a dream to operate!
