Heck yeah! those are way too rare to actually be used... tell them you will trade them a nice shiny new padlock to replace that old thing!

I have a feeling they wont agree to trade just because Bests are usually Master and Grandmaster keyed so lots of people may have keys to them however the point to ask is that you never know how many more they may have not in use collecting dust on a shelf.
