Sargent Brass Body non re-keyable Cutaway

Here is a Sargent brass body lock (received it sub-assembled from jeffmoss ) I will post update pic's once its pinned up.

Looks really nice! My question is how does one make a cutaway of non rekeyable padlock? Do you destroy two and make one?

that one in particular I received it sub assembled, you can drill out the pin caps but its a PITA and can go wrong quickly.
