Nice work, as always! How are you holding the pins in order to cut the little channels?

Cheers Hux, custom fixture between the 2 ends on the pin, then flipped and clocked using a dowel in the single slot.

Geez, I was just flippin' through this entire thread again. Magnificent work, really.
And obviously you can't just go cutting shit away, lol. You need intense knowledge
of the inner workings of each lock. Your finished products are simply top of the line.

If I ever have anyone ask me about cutaways, there's only one person I'd mention.
Not to seem like I'm inflating your head, lol... but I just know devotion when I see it.

Thanks so much for posting pics of some of this work. I looOOOoove lookin'

Ok... so its been a while..... I moved a couple of times and was without a workshop for 2 years!!

Anyway, this has been the most requested cutaway over the last few years I think .... Sargent and Greenleaf Environmental 0881... enjoy :D

PM me if you are interested in one of these, I'll run a batch of them in a few weeks.

wow! as always, your cutaways make the factory cutaways pale in comparison. Very nice job on the S&G Environmental padlock. :)
