Hey,

I have made an pin and cam tool for JPM/Abus lock...







All elements can be tested with an probe pick and another shim "maintains" all elements...

FALLE SAFE SECURITIES made a same tool but it's more hard designed!!

Yes, very well...

But I must make some elements (only 50) : A loader system shoud be better !!

This tool work on Impressioning technique...I test all elements, if one is rigid, i change to upper cut and etc !!

But it's a sketch, the tool is developing (at study)...

Very nice my dad said they just got an edm at his job but haven't showed him how to use it they hired someone else just to run it. He said you can put a huge stack of metal up cut intricate work and u can place back in scrap and barely see light thru where it cut it out pretty cool technology
