So I had my first day off in a long time, and decided to give the front of my car a little upgrade. lol
Alison didn't think it was a real good idea to start cutting into my car, LOL.
Nevertheless, I began the slow decent into the Toyota emblem with my dremel
The whole assembly was more hollow than I had anticipated. The deeper I went,
the less surface material I was left with for gluing on my 'new' emblem.
All said and done, I have a smoothed out depression ready to accept......
A safe dial!!! Hahahaa
aAAA!This is what it's going to look like. It's not permenantly glued YET... just roughly placed.
So my question to all you glue gurus....
WHICH glue should I use for this?
Materials we're adhering: What I cut into I assume is some type of
plastic.
And the back of the dial (after I pealed of the magnetic strip) is
tin.

Great to deal with, nice guy, and really loves his work.
