awol70,I think that key in the last picture in your post, the one that says control key is a master key in a system.Kwickset Titians use that blank with a notch in the bottom that allaws the cylinder to be pulled out from the front if it is turned to a certain degree.
I have a few just like yours, but not cut yet,and theye are stamped rekeying tool.

The m1 blanks with the lion and the fancy script are my favorites. I have several in my collection.

Only you - or a moderator can edit your post to re-arrange the pictures according to age. I suggest that you post the photos in the gallery section - as an album of your Yale keys. Then the members can help you date them.

Once that is done, you can then re-post them here in this topic according to date.

I don't mean for the photos to be arranged in order. I have lots of keys that are different and I would like to know which one is oldest and newest ect... I'm wondering if there is someone here familiar enough with yale to be able to help me with the order. I'll post the pics in the gallery.

SpaceyStacey wrote:Those are some pretty neat keys! I really like the Master with the lion on it, and then the 3 Masters underneath. Kinda remind me of the old signs from the 50s for some reason. Sometimes those older keys look like peices of art - or jewelry you know? VERY cool to see! Thanks for posting them!!!

Haha, I know just what you mean. :P I was thinking about using a fish hook through my ear and hanging a key off of it for an earing. ;)
