Experianced pickers will probably know 99% of whats covered in this book. Most of whats in the book is found on the internet if you look around.

However, for those that want a well written book with the basics plus a bit more I believe that this is an excellent introduction to this hobby.

I have this book and I think it's a good first book for newbies like me. Detailed but readable. And the accompanied DVD has loads of useful info and videos.

:agree: excellent book with free dvd included which is just as good as the book - i totaly recommend this , i have 5 of them Lol :mrgreen:

Ok

This is one of the most usefull tutorials I have seen posted on lockpicking.

The publisher agreed to post a free sample of the entire 3rd Chapter of Practical Lockpicking.

I have this book, haven't gotten around to reading it yet but have had a flip through and it looks good.
I didn't get a DVD with mine though. Not sure if it's usually attached at the back as with many educational books but there aren't even any tear off points or anything on mine so it may just be a DVD-free copy for some reason :S
