Just wanted to say I finally purchased your book and It arrived yesterday. Had a quick browse and I love it. It's a bit technical so I'll have to dedicate time in order to appreciate it more, but I'm sure it's going to be invaluable as a reference in the future when I can dedicate more time to the hobby.

Anyhow just wanted to say I'm impressed and I can appreciate the time and dedication you put into it. Should you change your mind and decide to publish in the future you can count on me as a customer.

All in all I highly recommend this book. it gives some wonderful insight into Laurens craft or should I say art and the dedication he puts into reviving these old locks into functional pieces while displaying some novel concepts into decoding and rekeying. Definitely worth the investment.

Thanks Doogs, for the kind words. I have sacrificed countless hours away from my family to write my book; hopefully, bringing more into the antique padlock collecting hobby. I like to think that my modern-day tool making skills has given a fresh perspective for anyone with a passion for old things and a desire to solve mechanical puzzles.
