By inserting a key blank the wafers show themselves and there cuts as mdc as just nearly worked out the bitting from the photo....so can you.
When the relevant cuts are made or cut on to the key blank,the wafers will line up flush in the cylinder core... and the key will work. :D

This method of decode works great on lock cores that are not stamped with the series code...a series code tells the locksmith what bitting or cut is needed so a working
key can be cut.
The correct CUT TO CODE is 21010..a 0 cut is a no cut and will be flush or on the shear line all ready...so the rest of the wafers will be easy to decode.
