How in the world do they figure that is 2007 pricing? Did I miss the big "screw the customer" pricing of 2007?

Absolutely. I was thinking same thing. Still can't find anything on Kamsing locks.

I don´t know Kamsing locks either, but...
The blanks look much like Tri-Circle padlock blanks. JMA TRI-9D for example.
I use these "TRI-..." blanks for many cheap Chinese bike locks and pad locks.
The seller propably has a Chinese "Kamsing" lock that it fits.
His pricing is a bit off..

Re: IKCO 62KC
my main reason for OP was because i got a Curtis machine and key rack that had a box of IKCO 62KC with it. being that the machine started its cutting life in Canada I presumed that the Kamsing was a popular lock in Canada (in the '80s). the IKCO 62KC was made in Montreal. I had never heard of Kamsing nor I have seen a Kamsing lock. It may be of Chinese origin as Wizer suggests.
