Chubb safe deposit key

Hi,
I have a question about a Chubb safe deposit key that I have. I had initially thought that a Mosler blank would be the right one, but this key is 70 thou thick, which is not a standard size. One key in the catalog that looks like it might work is an Ilco 1063D, but that's for an S&G lock. I examined the key, and it looks like the blank it was cut from was 340 width and 70 thou thick.

What manufacturers of safe deposit locks did/does Chubb make keys for?

Who is a good supplier of blanks?

I made a good key from a flat steel Yale blank, but somehow it's not the same.

I also have a bunch of eBay safe deposit boxes coming in, so I'll have to suss out what kind of blanks those locks use.
