Help finding pop-in glass door lock

I had a work order to gain access to these locks and make keys, but I'm having issues finding the blanks I need. These are wafer locks that came off a sliding glass cabinet door at a convenience store. I either need several blanks, or the manufacturer so I can replace the cylinder assembly (I'd prefer not to change the whole locks because everything is held together with rivets and the locks are difficult to get to.

That is a Kenstan lock. Most likely a Y11. They usually impression ok.

Re: Help finding pop in glass door lock

mdc sounds pretty confident so I am taking a guess that he has some experience with these things. But I am pretty sure that is NOT a Y11 keyway. Looking at the pic I would guess that it is a Ilco 1054UN. KABA makes all sorts of aftermarket replacement stuff, if they saw a market they would surely have made a lock. My $.02, good luck! Mark

Re: Help finding pop in glass door lock

it looks like a 1054G keyway to me (the 1054G is a option in some kenstan plunger locks) here is the 2011 Kenstan Catalog http://www.lsamichigan.org/Tech/Kenstan_catalog.pdf

*EDIT* it's a Kenstan "B" keyway (denoted by the B stamped on the face of the lock. see page 20 of the PDF above) I have no idea what other key will work with it :(

And a 1054G is so close to a Y11 I've never had a Y11 not work in its place unless it was a L1054G.

Re: Help finding pop in glass door lock

Thanks for the help guys

I tried Y11 first, then several others and none worked

It does seem to be that B keyway. I'm ordering blanks and we'll see how it goes
