Looks exactly like the usual automatic key copy machines and they do work nicely That looks old, has seen better days in terms of appearance, but all in all will just work

My first cylinder machine was one of those 20 + years ago. Nice basic machine that did it's job just fine. Cutters should still be available in the UK too.
