Help with key cut codes for Yale 1210 LFIC

Hello,

I just bought a new Yale 1210 LFIC (zero bitted) and the seller will cut the keys to my specifications.

I'd like the cylinder to be very hard to pick - high/low/high/low MACS kind of stuff - utter nastiness would be the goal

Can someone give me specific key cuts I can pass onto the seller?

Cheers,
Sean

Send a PM to Selim with your question :) The Diabolical Pin Master will feed you pure evilness

Beyond that, there's plenty of others around here more than qualified to give you some suggestions.

Mike,
Thanks for the response and the great recommendation as I went ahead and sent a PM to Selim.

I have heard many reports regarding his abilities in creating difficult pinning challenges, not to mention seen quite a few 'Selim-pinned' locks picked on youtube videos.

Of course I'd be delighted if anyone else can recommend key cut codes in the meantime :)

Kind regards,
Sean

I need to come up with some bidding codes ASAP!!!

Here's what I made up - can someone have a look at these and see if they will work:

7 pin (bow to tip)
9 4 0 5 9 5 0

6 pin (bow to tip)
9 4 5 9 5 0

They don't violate MACS but never done bitting codes before.
I don't know if they can be made more evil - if so tell me how :armed:
What happens if you violate MACS - will the key get stuck or not be usable?

Query - which specs should I follow? I assumed .019"
But, I found key and pin specs for both .019" or 0.025"
- .019" - Have 0-9 cuts with MACS = 5
- .025" - Have 0-7 cuts with MACS = 4

Thanks,
Sean
