American key blank for 747/748 padlocks

I have a 747 w/o key that I picked and now need blanks. I also have a 748 that I'd like to have a second key for so will need a blank for it too.

I think the blank is 1041U for both locks.

If anyone can sell me about 5 of these blanks, please pm me with cost and we can see what we can work out.

1010U is not the right profile. You would actually need the reverse which is a Sargent R keyway, but is way too large for the American keyways.

I have used a file on regular American 6 pin blanks to make temporary keys to these locks. The correct blanks are a little on the pricey side I remember. I remember what I charged my customer at the time but I don't remember what our cost was.

I'll file some regular blanks I guess. I can get them at a local hardware.
