Many of the users here are very North American centric. We have never heard of the locks and tools used in other countries.

I've met the guy who runs this at a locksmith exhibition a while ago. Spanish dude, showed me a few of his newest tools. I particularly like the Fichet pick.

There is some very cool stuff. A lot of the picks look to be HPC, I saw a set that I wanted but sadly is discontinued.
