Where to get a American 7200 cylinder?

Does anyone have a tubular lock cylinder for a American 7200 they would be willing to give up? A cylinder and the screw to hold whatever that metal cap that holds the core in is called and that metal cap? I have no idea why anyone would have this stuff but just checking.

With the cost of the lock at $27 and the cost of the cover being $13 you might as well just buy a new 7200. I don't even see a way to buy the cylinder by its self.
