Well it appears that the paypal resolution center sides with the buyer even if the seller has proof of shipping to the correct given address AND tracking number...

so basically paypal says im fucked out of a lock that i have proof I shipped and the $100 I was supposed to be payed for the lock I did send...
AND charged me $4.20 for a case I ddnt open... or win.

so im sorry to all you non US people... your gonna have to pay for insurance when you buy from me cause im atleast getting my money back if the post fucks up. It aint my fault you ddnt recieve the product if i shipped it with shipping confermation...

Oh and if your living in another country and your address has an english translation... DONT GIVE THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION, give your real address, by name, mother fucker. cause im gonna put what you tell me... your post office may not know the english translation of your street name.

And I will be checking the post office monday and having them track down my shipping confermation number...

Ah man, that really sucks :( That is why I always keep my receipts until well after everything has arrived :(

Unfortunately, unless YOU can prove that they DID get it, you are screwed. There has been quite a bit of this going on ebay latley.

I still have the recipt... and tracking ticket... I just wonder if i can have em bring it back instead of ship it... tracking number says its still in a sorting facility... in knoxville...
i sell it to someone else since he got his money back and i cant trust em to pay me upon recieving the item...

WOW! That's like the exact opposite of what I usually hear about paypal's dispute resolution... in fact I think it's the first time I've heard of them siding with the recipient and not the seller! No foolin!

They must have switched recently because none of the stuff I have bought would be shipped in flat rate boxes because of so many of these claims. And then it really gets expensive :)

i had an issue with a medeco lot and i just wanted to be compensated for the parts i bought to fix the cylinder, guy never reposnded to any of my emails and it became a case and i got a refund. seems that they sorta pick and choose and dont really have criteria... i dunno

did the buyer send you emails about the item? how long was the shipping time. you gotta give atleast a month + for international stuff especially if its first class and not priority.

I have not had to deal with paypal from a purchase or selling issue stand point but more of account issues. They are pretty helpful there. Hope things work out for you buddy.

I've found them to be useful in the past. For some software that never came - they refunded me the full £425. The website went down and they stopped answering emails.

It is good that you got the protection there when buying via Paypal but it sucks if you're an honest seller and summat never arrives.

Never post to an unconfirmed paypal address, All my orders has to be confirmed paypal address or i simply refund your money back ive been stung a few times with paypal and i dont trust the post office even if you get it tracked !

Posting across the world can get expencive ..

Uklockpickers delivery is still £4.50 uk $7.50 usa & Europe any order any size - tracked

out of about 5000 orders ive had 10 go missing - so not to bad for me
