will this make their customer service 10% better? i might buy a few things... i do have to say besides the pictures, their website really sucks! almost no description, and most of the item numbers you have to already know that you want the item.

also john confirmed in chat that the primus cylinders do have two 0-bitted keys.

and dont try to buy the sargent keys.... you can't... its a homeland security issue thanks sour!

yes the website lacks a good description and correct pictures (if any lol) click the contact button if you have any doubts, i have asked questions about items and they usually respond within one day
