is the mushroom "facing" the right way or should it be flipped vertically?

Looks right to me, that's how the mushrooms are in my Medeco's.

maybe you can add these pins too, they are used in scandinavian high security locks

Awesome! You should make some crazy ASSA driver pins aswell, and maybe the torpedo shaped key pins they put in some DOM locks. If you made those I would cream myself, no joke.
