Did EBAY finally loosen their grips?

I noticed that Ebay is allowing sales of railroad padlocks with keys. I see this as a wonderful opportunity for winning bids at lower prices. As long as there is bigger fish for hungry collectors, I'll go after the small ones.

Not sure if they loosened their grip but I have also noticed a lot more of them.

yes there have been a lot more on there lately but i still think they are technically not allowed unless they just changed the rules in the last several weeks.

I assume railroad locks are synonymous with switch locks?
