Unusual materials to make tools from

The oddest item i have pressed into service is a
clothes peg spring , after straightening it out
i have spp'd locks but it's real talent is as a
key extractor !

One day at work a
mate locket his spint with an
padlock and let the key in it,
so i opened it with two peaces of 1,2 welding wire ^^

ok but its not really recommendable for "non emergency" situations
