On AT&T internet I cannot log in (Blocked) can on T-Mobile

I get "Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server." When accessing from AT&T (Broadband or First-Net)

But can login using T-Mobile...

What is the issue?

This message is shown, when this site is accessed without TLS. Are you by accident trying to access http://www.keypicking.com in one browser and https://www.keypicking.com in the other? Or perhaps one browser forwards automatically to https and the other not?

Have not used https:// on this site, was just http:// url...

Just tried the https:// url and it works on AT&T, the http:// does not however.

Guess when I use AT&T Broadband I have to use https:// url only
