Printing lockpick stuff on 3d printer

The Hamilton Public Library where I live allows users to use a 3d printer. I know that other libraries also offer this service to their users.

We are charged ; Filament is .10 per gram and resin is .30 per gram.

Is there software that converts other files to the .stl format?

Is it easy to find .stl files on line that are of interest to hobby pickers?

Pretty much any 3D CAD software can output an .stl file.
