Been some time , but here is my 'new' money box , went to see a pal who had bought it and wanted it opened , ended up buying it off him (for twice what he payed)
Birmingham Municipal Bank , it later became the bank my wife has worked for since she left school , so i went all nostalgic and bought it , was offered one 10 mins later for half the price , and 2 'book safes' which i'll be grabbing later this week

Hey Sir Nozza! You do realise the "money box" is a euphemism, right? I'm afraid only I get to see that :-) I nearly purchased one of those little boxes the other week. Do you have the key? The one I saw didn't but it only sold for £4 I think!

Sorry hux' i didn't get a key , but once picked , the lever lock itself can be unscrewed and i won't even need to impression it , just work a flat piece of steel to fit and re-assemble , have bought another identical one since .
Showed the 1st one to a guy i buy coins from and he sold me another ! i also have dibs on some "safe books " they are coool , but sadly , i need to make keys for these too
