What are these picks for?

Hi guys im new to picking, cant even pick +4 pins yet with security pins, just doesnt seem to be working.

Anywy what are these used for?

Hello buddy, those tools you have posted the top one is a dimple rake, this is used to rake dimple locks open e.g mul t locks etc... and the other tool is a tension tool for cars, vans etc. This is the tool that tensions the lock whilst you pick it.. hope this helps mate.
