Problem With The Klom Electric Pick

Hi,

I have a problem with my Klom Electric.

The little round metal disc (washer or nut or whatever it is) inside the head comes off all the time causing the pick to stop moving. I have to take the head off and put it back and and then put the head back on and it is fine again for a short time but then comes off again. IS this a common problem? Is there a way to fix it becuase I think it should be on there permanently?

See attached photos for the part I'm talking about.

Problems can arise with these pick guns, Hopefully if you find a good supplier like me :D he will send you a replacement ;)
I wouldnt bother trying to fix it ! just send it back to me for a replacment.
