What kind of lock is this?

I was browsing a hardware store's website when I saw this lock. At first glance I thought it was a dimple lock, but then I saw the key which isn't dimpled. What kind of lock is it and what method do you use to pick it?

Re: What kind of lock is this?

It is a Bell type lock. It had sliders with posts on the side that the key positions at the shear line. A half diamond pick works for me.
