Need help picking dutch "ring" bike lock

Allright guys,

Here's my story.
I'm a Dutchman and a proud bike owner, However sometimes you lose your key
but hey we're all lockpickers here right? so I tried lockpicking my AXA 7 bike lock, but no joy.
I know About the uncut key exploit, but i dont have one.

Eventually I cut the lock because there was no other option after about 8 hours of trying.
So now I have a New lock Its a "Techno (bike products) Frame lock" hehe Safety class 4 (whatever that means).
I decided I wanted to try and pick it before I put it on my bike, So that I know that when in case of an emergency I could use my bike without the key "lets say I lose the key again" Its a lot more comfortable picking it here on my desk than doing it on the street or in my chilly backyard

So far I havnt been able to pick it, But I can Pick wafer locks just fine.
Whats the catch?
Any of you guys have experience trying to pick these kind of locks?
Also This is the first time posting for me, after lurking for round a year :D

For bikelocks in .nl you usually want to check with stichting ART.

http://www.stichtingart.nl

They have one lock listed with a two star rating for the brand Techno.

It'd be nice to know what scale or organization is listed with the 'safety class 4'.

I haven't played with these locks yet, but it might be an idea to find a cheap one on marktplaats (local auction site) to take apart.
