Hello All - Been meaning to add some locks to the lock collection page. Hope to post a few more pictures in the near future.

Wow, you have a Clarke combo lock, those are cool.

~also notices the oval and rotary mail locks, the slaymaker colored dial combo locks (I actually have some of those :P) wiselock,.... one that says L.A. CO Prison (very cool) and some of those logo locks have to be Bests. :drool:

All right, this is the end of the thread, if you don't have a collection to put this one in the shade, don't bother posting photos...

I think he keeps the rest of the collection in the basement, where its not such a weight on the structural parts of the house like the floor joists.

am I the only one who remembers the keymaker in one of those Matrix movies.
There are some people who can fill a room with just keys.

Monreat has been into this a long time, and possibly sits at one of those nodes in our society where a collector can really make some scores, Someone in the scrap metal business in an old city can really collect locks well, from the brass bins, and then buy them for fifty cents a pound as mixed metals.

I showed these pictures to my wife. I think I bought some time before she starts saying that I have too many locks, LOL.
