I possess some antique locks that have slight rust, scuff marks, grime and an aged look to them.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to improve their look?
I have a tooth brush, SOS scrub pads, gas, varsol, vinegar and baking soda.

I've not used anything on them yet, but I thought I would see what others do - to restore and refurbish oldies but still goodies

Well I can't tell you what to do, but I'll tell you what NOT to do.
Removing the patina from an antique lock can really hurt is resale value.

I imagine there are ways to try to recondition them, or at least clean dirt off them, but be careful. I don't know that this is a recommended way to do things, but in a case like that I'll usually wipe it down with a soft rag with some light gun oil on it to prevent further rust formation. If you're careful you can remove a lot of dirt without removing the patina. It might even loosen up some moving parts.
