Eagle Lock Company IRS Padlock:

On collector said that after the IRS confiscated your alcohol for non-payment of taxes, they used these locks to lock it up.

that collection is too awesome. i'd love to have a medeco with a key, all i come across are ones from folks who say their useless to them now. how old is that irs lock? how does one come across a lock like that?

Love the EAGLE... beautiful!!

Very nice! Love the lot of Medeco padlocks. I wish I had more, but they're normally a little pricey.

And a fine lookin' group of Americans. Looks like you've a couple of them with IC BEST cores in them...nice! I've not seen alot of them like that. A friend of mine has a pair (slightly larger bodies)... I think he may have aquired them from GM when he worked there.

so after some investigation MrA has pointed out that the Fichet padlock is a 484. still very neat.

I was told by the guy i got it from, that apparently they also make a F3D padlock. however i haven't been able to get more info on it.

I think you need to pay Fichet €200 to get a price for the F3D padlock. The actual lock is expensive. :roll: ;-)
