yes they do and i got Four Medeco Cylinder's w/o keys on there way in a day or two. I probally won't be able to pick them but it will be something to look forward too. lol

Its a wafer padlock that has (quality 803) stamped on it and its made in hong kong.

That second picture of yours, there is a mortise cylinder there that looks like our restricted keyway, the BP keyway. It's restricted by region so there are lots of other places using it throughout the U.S. Do you have a key for it?

The mortise cylinder is The Ultimate CHALLENGE Practice Lock from http://www.learnlockpicking.com/index.html
pretty kool lock easy to repin and came with came with a bag of 75 pins/springs

In the 2nd pic the Bogota was hand made by lock2006 from lp101

i also got abrockhage BPG-10 pick gun and a vice

Lookin' great! You might consider giving that bogota a thorough sanding.
According to Ramuindo, one of the key elements that makes these picks
so effective is the very smooth sanding/polishing process he finishes with.
It'll give ya some slightly more gentle curves and peaks. Just a thought.
