If I had to guess, the padlocks look like (especially the most right one) from the Norwich Lock Manufacturing Co., which also made masonic padlocks.

The right one was hand forged by the Knights Templar and once was used on the Arc of the Covenant.

Lauren, as a Mason, I'd love to see pictures of Masonic padlocks if you have any in your collection.

Sorry, Jeff. I have no Masonic padlocks. If I could only afford them. Nevertheless, the art form rings true to the manufacturer I previously described.
