Abloy Cutaway. It has a (Non original?) silver retaining ring on the bottom instead of brass):

i'd really be in to abloy if they werent so difficult to pick! if i was a retailer, i would sell them but for now, im content to look at pictures of other ppls abloys... unless its a 650. is that right 650?
